Over the years, market have been one of the biggest burden of rural smallholder farmers who forms greater percentage of urban food demands. Middlemen take advantage of this situation to exploit these vulnerable farmers who have no option than to sell their farm produce at prices convenient only for the middlemen or see their produce going waste during bumper harvest. This, INTACOM TRADE HUB seek to mobilize resources to provide formalized and standardized marketing platforms for rural smallholder farmers. By this, we seek to bridge the marketing gap between producers and buyers that ensures fairness along the value chain.
